But if you're planning to die immediately due to sudden labor, then go for it!!!!!


JOEL ESTRADA AQUINO - The CEO and owner of the crap company known as Stratvisionsph(StratVisions,inc.). A greedy old man and promoter of internet pornography before it was raided by NBI. A well known scammer on their clients and mostly their employees.

StratVisionsPH - Tips before you apply

StratVisions,Inc is a BPO (business processing outsourcing company) located at 1405 Centerpoint Building, Garnet Road, Ortigas Center Pasig City and 1006 Centerpoint Building, Garnet Road, Ortigas Center Pasig City are looking for fresh graduate applicants since most of their employees doesn't stay at them for a long time. Before you submit your resume to them, I am giving you some of its well known history and tips if you wish to apply in that company. I am an ex-employee of that company so I knew some of its nasty works especially on their employees.

The Memorable History

Before StratVisions Inc. or StratVisionsPH, It was once called Versomina,
WebComm, TeamCreatives, WickedInnovations,Tulinonline, manilawebworks, MyTuscanny and Netpros which is also known for making and marketing porn sites. The company was headed by Joel Estrada Aquino, and the officer in charge is Virgilio “Jun” Ventura Jr. If you we're asking why they have lots of names? My answer is: that's because in order to evade taxes, they need to change their name every year.

The company has been raided by NBI's (National Bureau of Investigation) Special Task Force
and charged 13 people with violation of Article 201 (obscene publications and exhibitions and indecent shows) of the Revised Penal Code. They were identified as: Jose Zarate, Ramon Velasco, Teresa Punzalan, Francis Ademe, Reynaldo Dimla, Avaline Calata, Virgilio Custodio, Jerry Javelosa, Jose Reyes, Ernesto Alano, Alberto Garcia, Jovy Flores and Joel Estrada Aquino. But unfortunately, since our country suffers from corruption, the company is still operational. It was stated that the NBI failed to arrest any of the suspects and told them that all of the mentioned suspects were already resigned which is irrelevant. Still, Joel Estrada Aquino is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. I've seen this guy twice. I don't know if the company really stopped making porn sites. Maybe they do it in an underground manner.

Contract of Employment

Since I am an employee before of that company, I encountered this weirdest contract which I must follow. Here are the list of it:

1.
EMPLOYEE will receive an amount of PESOS: TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY(PHP10,000.00) gross as monthly compensation as (my job title) under regular employment status.

2. Payroll date is every fifth and twentieth day of each month.

3.
EMPLOYEE will work permanently for eight (8) hours daily from Mondays to Fridays including Saturdays if necessary with the usual break times. However, should EMPLOYEE required to work on Philippine holidays (regular and special), EMPLOYEE will be paid the usual holiday premiums as provided by law.

4. In the event EMPLOYEE voluntarily resign or goes absent without leave (AWOL) within the one (1) year and six (6) months period from contract date for whatever reason, EMPLOYEE unconditionally agrees to pay the EMPLOYER the total cost of training (direct and incidental) amounting to Pesos: Twenty Five Thousand only (PHP25,000.00), plus damages of Fifty Five Thousand Pesos (PHP50,000.00) suffered by the employer due to employee's breach of contract.

5. EMPLOYEE will not divulge any confidential or business information about STRATVISIONS, INC. and its clients during ot after EMPLOYEE's period of employment.

6. In the event of resignation,
EMPLOYEE will not work with any previous or existing client of STRATVISIONS, INC. or its affiliates/subsidaries whether on part time of full time basis.

7.
EMPLOYEE will observe the company's code of discipline at all times.

8. In case of resignation, during or after one (1) year and six (6) months from contract date,
EMPLOYEE will observe thirty (30) days prior notice so EMPLOYER reserves the right to release final pay only until EMPLOYEE is cleared of accountabilities and liabilities should EMPLOYEE resign after the one year and six months period.

9. Once
EMPLOYEE passed the training, EMPLOYEE is to be deployed to any client who in turn will give EMPLOYEE work instructions and projects from time to time. However, as your EMPLOYER, EMPLOYEE is required to submit to us for approval (not client) for changes in work schedules, leaves of absence, etc.

10.
EMPLOYEE will exclusively work for STRATVISIONS, INC. and during employment, EMPLOYEE will never work or accept part time jobs with any business entity or individual, regardless if they are competitors or not.

11.
EMPLOYEE certifies that EMPLOYEE has no major or minor ailment or disease that will prevent EMPLOYEE from faithfully, diligently and efficiently do any assigned task or project once hired.

12.
EMPLOYEE agrees to surrender his ICQ/MSN/AIM OR OTHER IM accounts upon resignation/termination for the company including passwords and other required information.

13. The company will issue your own ICQ and/or MSN/ IM Account as the case maybe, with designated passwords. You are forbidden to use your own ICQ and/or MSN/IM Account in your communications and not allowed to change or attempt to change the company issued passwords. Violations will be subjected to severe penalties including dismissal.

14. Employee agrees not to disable his ICQ and/or MSN OR IM Account maintain the auto login in his/her asssigned shift.

15. Within one (1) year after resignation/termination from Employer or going absent without leave, EMPLOYEE agrees not to work with any competitor regardless of position or status or compete directly and on his/her own personal capacity.

16. EMPLOYER will deduct a cash bond of Ten Thousand Pesos (PHP10,000.00) from employee's monthly salary in 6 equal monthly installments.

This cash bond will only be refunded after employee has resigned and observed the 30 day prior notice and provided further that the said employee has completed the one (1) year and six (6) months required tenure with employer. In the event, the employee does not complete the one year and six months tenure from the contract date for whatever reason the Php10,000.00 cashbond will be forfeited and employer reserves the right to collect the PHP15,000.00 remaining balance of training cost incurred by employer, plus damages of Fifty Thousand Pesos (PHP50,000.00) suffered by the employer due to employee's breach of contract.

17.
EMPLOYER will deduct PHP1,500.00 monetary penalty for unauthorized aurfing of sites, downloading of videos, illegal files and softwares. Aside from this, EMPLOYER reserves the right to impose additional disciplinary action when deemed necessary.
